Traditionally this has meant making an appointment to see a counsellor, and often, that appointment won't happen until quite some time after you've asked for it. Today this means picking up a phone and talking to someone qualified to help whenever you need it.

Now people can talk through issues that concern them from the comfort of their own home,at a time that suits them.

Callers ring a non geographic number and are connected to a qualified counsellor who is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Callers can choose how they pay for the counselling session, and can opt for this to be through their phone bill, or pay by credit card if that is more convenient.

The calls are routed through our telephonics system to a qualified counsellor who can talk through the issues raised.

All calls are recorded to comply with best practice of the telephone watchdog, PhonePay Plus (formerly ICSTIS) Callers do not have to give their name, and so can preserve their anonymity.

Now people can talk through issues that concern them from the comfort of their own home, at a time that suits them.
