Cancellation policy

If for any reason, you cannot attend the course, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the fee (less 20% to cover administration costs) will be returned but only if more than fourteen (14) days written notice is provided.  In the event of partial or non-attendance, the full fee will be payable. In the event of sickness, refunds will only be issued when a valid doctor's certificate is produced.
